Description
The atomizer diffuser dissolves CO2 very efficiently, and provides a stream of very tiny bubbles which exit directly from the filter outlet. Because the bubbles are in the flow of current from the filter this ensure the bubbles remain in suspension for longer and further improves the level of diffusion.
Furthermore, because the diffuser is deployed outside the aquarium, maintenance is a very easy.
Instructions
- Inline atomizers are to be installed on the return / outflow tubing from a filter as the water is reintroduced to the aquarium.
- Cut or replace your filter tubing with PVC tubing.
- Push tubing on to each end of the diffuser.
- Screw the retaining nuts back over the tubing to hold in place.
- Unscrew the small nut on the CO2 inlet.
- Feed CO2 tubing through the nut and onto the CO2 inlet.
- Tighten the nut onto the CO2 inlet to secure the tubing.
- Turn CO2 on, allow pressure to build within the diffser.
- Adjust dosing / bubble rate accordingly.

I used the UP inline diffusers before this but I thought I'd give this a try. IT works just as well, a bit cheaper, and it's really easy to maintain and can even replace the ceramic tube too. Installed in line on my Fluval 307 filter system, using the basic CO2 system originally purchased from you. I replaced the Fluval pipes under the tank with quality aquarium 16/22 hose and put the new diffuser on the return flow. System works excellently and my previous problems with blocked diffusers within the tank (possibly from fine substrate) are no more. Fitting was a bit fiddly as the tank was read more... Installed in line on my Fluval 307 filter system, using the basic CO2 system originally purchased from you. I replaced the Fluval pipes under the tank with quality aquarium 16/22 hose and put the new diffuser on the return flow. System works excellently and my previous problems with blocked diffusers within the tank (possibly from fine substrate) are no more. Fitting was a bit fiddly as the tank was full, but the fish and I all survived. Nice straightforward piece of kit, that is quietly doing the job.

Very small water leakage when I first installed - quite possibly my fault. There should be no need to use PTFE tape as a seal is made on a washer inside the diffuser, so if it's leaking then it just means the connection is a bit loose and needs to be tighten up in order to make a good seal. -

The CO2 coming out looks like milk the bubbles are so small and I've actually been able to reduce my CO2 dosing because this is more efficient than my previous diffuser.
