CO2 Supermarket – Returns & Cancellations Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If something is not right we will work quickly to resolve the issue, while always respecting your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015).

3. Cancelling Because You Changed Your Mind

1. How long do I have? You may cancel any order within 14 days of the day after it is delivered. You then have a further 14 days to post the goods back.
2. Condition of goods. You may handle the product as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond this and the value is diminished, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund. Returning items in their original packaging helps us process your return quickly but is not mandatory.
3. Return postage (change‑of‑mind). You are responsible for paying the carrier to send the goods back to us and we do not reimburse these costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Mis‑described Goods

1. Contact us first using our online contact form. Many issues can be solved with installation advice.
2. 0–30 days: If a fault appears you may reject the product for a full refund, including all delivery charges. We will either arrange a free collection or reimburse all reasonable return postage.
3. 30 days–6 months: We will repair or replace the item free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or fails within a reasonable time, you can choose a full refund or an appropriate price reduction.
4. 6 months–6 years: You may still claim if you can show the fault was present when we supplied the goods.
5. Return postage & risk. We bear the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods and the risk while the goods are in transit back to us.
6. Exclusions. We are not responsible for faults caused by wilful damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.

5. Extended Warranties

Some products include or offer an extended warranty. These are in addition to your statutory rights and do not limit them.

6. How to Return Goods

1. Let us know (optional but helpful). Contacting us via the online contact form before you send anything lets us issue a Return Authorisation Number and advise the most efficient shipping method — but it is not a condition of your statutory rights.
2. Pack securely. Use the original packaging where possible or otherwise package goods to prevent damage in transit.

4. Proof of posting. Always obtain and retain a receipt or tracking number.

7. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
• We do not charge any restocking fee.

8. International Customers

• EU/EEA customers enjoy the same cancellation rights described above.
• If local law in your country grants you more generous rights, we will honour those rights.
• Any customs duties you paid are a matter between you and your customs authority; we cannot refund them.

9. Goods Excluded from Cancellation

You may not cancel orders for:

• Products made to your specification or clearly personalised.
• Sealed items which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. used CO₂ cartridges).
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

These exclusions do not apply where the goods are faulty.
