Inline Check Valves For Aquarium CO2 Systems

A check valve is needed to prevent water backflow / siphoning from the aquarium into your solenoid and/or regulator and causing damage to sensitive / expensive equipment. If water should happen to enter a solenoid or regulator it is very difficult to eject and can often render the part inoperable. It is therefore highly recommended that a check valve be installed to protect your equipment from any possible water damage.
